JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Travel Account to handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with travel-related services such as bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel support.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for travel account call center jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with no experience required, and entry-level customer service positions with career growth opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound customer service inquiries and travel-related concerns

Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes

Provide accurate information on travel schedules, policies, and services

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

Document all customer interactions in the system

Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum age of 18 years old

With 1-year GDS experience

High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila

Strong English communication and typing skills
