What You’ll Do as a Food Delivery CSR

As a Food Delivery CSR, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handle inbound retail customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

• Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and promotions

• Provide professional and efficient solutions to customer concerns

• Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old

• With or Without experience

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

• Willingness to work onsite in Makati

• Strong English communication and typing skills

• An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
