JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Call Center Agent for an Insurance Account to handle customer inquiries, policy-related concerns, and insurance service assistance in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for helping customers understand their insurance coverage, processing requests, and ensuring excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for insurance account call center jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with no experience required, and entry-level customer service positions with career growth opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist policyholders with insurance coverage and policy information
- Support customers with claims inquiries and updates
- Provide accurate information on insurance products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING
This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year experience required
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
