Insurance – CSR | 1 Year BPO Experience – Day Shift

What You’ll Do as a Insurance Account CSR

As a Insurance Account CSR, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handle inbound insurance-related inquiries via phone, chat, or email

• Provide accurate information on policies, claims, coverage, and premiums

• Assist clients with claim submissions, policy updates, and payment processing

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

• Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system

• Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old

• With or Without experience

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

• Willingness to work onsite in Alabang

• Strong English communication and typing skills

• An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
