JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Call Center Agent for a Retail Account to handle customer inquiries, product concerns, and order-related assistance in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for helping customers with purchases, deliveries, returns, and general retail support.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for retail account call center jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with no experience required, and entry-level customer service positions with career growth opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, and tracking concerns
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING
This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.
REQUIREMENTS
- No experience required
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
