What You’ll Do as a Retail Account CSR
As a Retail Account , your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, and retail services
- Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges

Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

Ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for customers

Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessaryMeet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Who We’re Looking For
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila

Strong English communication and typing skills
