What You’ll Do as a Travel Account CSR
As a Travel Account , your key responsibilities will include:

Handle inbound calls for airline reservations, hotel bookings, and travel package inquiries

Assist customers with booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations

Provide accurate travel information and resolve customer concerns related to travel accounts
-
Document all interactions accurately in the system
-
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
-
Meet performance targets in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Who We’re Looking For
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years old

Atleast 1 year experience
-
High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila

Strong English communication and typing skills
-
An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
