JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Hotel Reservation Agent to assist guests with hotel bookings and reservation-related concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring customers have a smooth and hassle-free booking experience.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for hotel reservation jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with 1 month experience required, and entry-level customer service positions with career growth opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist guests with hotel bookings and reservations
• Process cancellations, rebookings, and modifications
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel policies
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING
This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.
REQUIREMENTS
• With 1 month BPO Experience
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
